TechWithJT provides personal IT support and digital assistance services, including:

  • Device setup and troubleshooting

  • Account creation, login support, and password recovery guidance

  • App guidance and online forms assistance

  • Document workflows, scanning, uploading, and digital organization

  • Remote tech support and general technical help

All services are offered on a remote basis unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility for Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the services offered by TechWithJT. If you are seeking help for someone under 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian and must be present during the entire session.

3. Use of Services

By hiring TechWithJT, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information needed to troubleshoot your issue

  • Have access to your device, accounts, and apps during the session

  • Maintain your own data backups before the session begins

  • Follow troubleshooting steps or instructions provided

TechWithJT provides support based on the information you supply. Any intentional misrepresentation may limit or prevent service.

4. Limitations of Service

Some issues are outside the control of TechWithJT, including but not limited to:

  • Hardware failures or damaged devices

  • Poor or unstable internet connections

  • Corrupted operating systems

  • Third-party server outages or app malfunctions

If your issue is caused by one of these external factors, service results may be limited.

TechWithJT does not provide hardware repair, data recovery from damaged drives, or services that require physical access to your device beyond what you explicitly schedule.

5. Payment

All services must be paid for at the agreed rate. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the session or denial of future services.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at the discretion of TechWithJT and may be provided when:

  • A service cannot be completed due to limitations on my end

  • The session has not yet started

  • You purchased a service by mistake and notify me immediately

Refunds are not provided when:

  • Work has already been completed

  • The issue persists due to factors outside my control (hardware issues, internet issues, third-party outages)

  • You end the session early

  • You decline required troubleshooting steps

7. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is taken seriously. During service, TechWithJT may view information necessary to complete the task, such as device settings or app screens.

TechWithJT does not:

  • Save, store, or retain your passwords

  • Sell your information to third parties

  • Collect unnecessary personal data

Information is used only to provide the service requested. You are responsible for maintaining your own device backups.

8. Liability Disclaimer

By using TechWithJT services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for backing up your data before service

  • TechWithJT is not liable for data loss, device malfunction, or issues that arise due to existing device conditions

  • All troubleshooting and solutions are performed with reasonable care, but results cannot be guaranteed

TechWithJT is not liable for damages resulting from:

  • Device hardware failure

  • Pre-existing issues

  • Third-party software updates

  • Incorrect information provided by the client

Services are provided “as-is.”

9. Third-Party Services

Some services may require the use of third-party apps, websites, or platforms. TechWithJT has no control over these services and is not responsible for their performance, security, or downtime.
