Before launching my digital support service, I worked on the IT team at BMW North America’s headquarters, where I supported high performing professionals and handled complex technical issues under pressure. That experience taught me how to troubleshoot efficiently, build secure and reliable workflows, and communicate in a way that anyone can understand. I bring that same level of professionalism and problem-solving to every client I work with today.
